Making A Purchase
Feel free to browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, and Paypal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. All goods will be charged in GBP

In the case of a price change we will contact you first to see if you wish to proceed with the transaction.

Shipping And Handling
We ship with a next day service with Royal Mail, DHL and Fastway. Minimum postage is £1.50 ranging to £70 for a pallet.
Please note at this time we only ship to UK and Ireland.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 1 or 2 business days with Royal Mail or DHL. International orders are generally shipped in under 7 days. Whilst we try to meet all our orders, we cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation for any disappointment endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time as we are at the mercy of the shipping company but we will provide tracking numbers so you can track your order once it leaves us. All orders are subject to availability.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you have a European vat number please contact us.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the Paypal or Protx software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
All of our products come with a 28 day Return-To-Base warranty for manufacturing defects. Goods out of packaging will only be refunded if it is shown that they are materially faulty, if this is the case please contact us first.

Returns Policy
Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days for refund or replacement, please ring us on 0845 094 33 54 Monday -Thursday 9.15am-5.00pm to arrange a return.

All products remain the property of Sureclean Systems until paid in full. Invoices to be paid within 30 days.
